Full payment is due at the time of purchase. All digital design will begin once the payment has been received. Currently, we accept payments directly through Paypal ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover ).
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the customization of each product, items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please take your time to ensure all details are correct ( spelling of names, any wording etc…). check all designs before final approval. After final approval, no changes will be made to the design.
*Please note – colors may vary slightly from what displays on your computer screen due to brightness and contrast settings. I encourage you to print out my color chart to see how the color will be displayed.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can work together to reach a satisfactory resolution.
How it works.
Once payment has been received work will start on your product and a proof will be emailed to you at the address inputted during time of purchase. Please allow 48 hours from purchase to receive your proof. If additional changes are needed (unless it is my error), you will be charged $10.00 for each additional proof.
Once the invitation has been finalized, it will be professionally printed and sent to you within 5-10 working days. During shipping Grace and charm paperie are not responsible for any damages to the product from the carrier or any act of god (weather damage.) as each product is always handled with care and packaged correctly and safely.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please check over all proofs before the final design has been submitted for print. Grace and Charm Paperie will not be held responsible for any errors in the design once final approval has been printed.
